About Keeley

In 2012, Keeley set up Key to Hearing with her husband, Will. Her wish is to bring her expertise and knowledge directly to you, encouraging the importance of proactive hearing health.

Keeley recently completed her Level 2 Certificate in The Principles of Dementia Care. She understands how memory or cognitive changes can make health checks feel overwhelming. "I believe healthcare should be easy and stress-free," says Keeley. "I take my time, listen closely, and adapt how I work to ensure every visit is calm, respectful, and dignifying. I pride myself on being patient and flexible, so that my visit feels like a supportive chat with an expert rather than a formal assessment."

Outside of work, Keeley enjoys cooking, Yoga, and going for walks with their dog, Hiro.

About Will

Will is an Engineering Graduate with over 10 years of experience in the financial sector. Sharing Keeley’s passion for helping people, he brings a careful, analytical approach to his role, overseeing the day-to-day running of the business and our digital services.

He ensures that everything behind the scenes—from our logistics to our technical support—is managed with the same level of care and precision that Keeley provides in the home. Will is dedicated to making sure your journey with Key to Hearing is smooth from your first phone call to your ongoing aftercare.

Outside of work, Will is a lifelong supporter of his beloved Everton FC. When he isn't cheering on the Blues, he is a keen cyclist and a dedicated movie fan.

Hiro - Office Companion

Hiro the Whippet is the final member of our small team. While he doesn’t come along to home visits (he stays at home with Will), he is a big part of the Key to Hearing family. If you’re a dog lover, feel free to ask Keeley for his latest photo during your appointment!
