We're here to help

Whether you have a question about hearing, want to find hearing care for a loved one or would just like to book your first hearing check, we want to help you!

We're available from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Please note that on Fridays, we are often out and about or catching up on admin. If we can't answer straight away, just leave a message—we'll always give you a call back as soon as possible.

  • We are a home visit hearing care service who dispense private hearing aids and aftercare in and around the Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole area.

    We charge £87 for an initial hearing evaluation and consultation with appointments lasting between 1.5 – 2.5 hours. These appointments are offered Monday to Thursday at approximately 9:30am or 2:00pm.

    If you suffer from earwax blockages, we recommend having your ears cleared prior to booking an appointment with us. We do not offer a wax removal service but can recommend local professionals.

    Our hearing aid and care package pricing start from £2,199 for a pair and we offer hearing evaluations for those aged 19 or over.
